1. General Provisions<\/h2>\n

This Policy Regarding the Processing of Personal Data is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law dated July 27, 2006, No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (hereinafter – the “Personal Data Law”) and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by Irina Ilyinichna Sarkisyan (hereinafter – the “Operator”).<\/p>\n

1.1.<\/b> The Operator sets as her paramount goal and condition for carrying out her activities the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal, and family secrets.<\/p>\n

1.2.<\/b> This Policy of the Operator regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter – the “Policy”) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website: https:\/\/dr-sarkisyan.ru\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n

2. Key Concepts Used in the Policy<\/h2>\n

2.1. Automated Processing of Personal Data<\/b> – processing of personal data using computer technology.<\/p>\n

2.2. Blocking of Personal Data<\/b> – temporary suspension of personal data processing (unless processing is necessary to clarify personal data).<\/p>\n

2.3. Website<\/b> – a set of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at the web address: https:\/\/dr-sarkisyan.ru\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n

2.4. Personal Data Information System<\/b> – an aggregate of personal data contained in databases and the information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing.<\/p>\n

2.5. Anonymization (Depersonalization) of Personal Data<\/b> – actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine, without the use of additional information, the ownership of personal data by a specific User or other data subject.<\/p>\n

2.6. Processing of Personal Data<\/b> – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools involving personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, usage, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.<\/p>\n

2.7. Operator<\/b> – a state body, municipal body, legal entity, or individual independently or jointly with other persons organizing and\/or carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) performed with personal data.<\/p>\n

2.8. Personal Data<\/b> – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website https:\/\/dr-sarkisyan.ru\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n

2.9. Personal Data Authorized by the Data Subject for Distribution<\/b> – personal data to which access by an unlimited number of persons is provided by the data subject by giving consent to the processing of personal data authorized for distribution in accordance with the procedure provided for by the Personal Data Law.<\/p>\n

2.10. User<\/b> – any visitor to the website https:\/\/dr-sarkisyan.ru\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n

2.11. Provision of Personal Data<\/b> – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific circle of persons.<\/p>\n

2.12. Distribution of Personal Data<\/b> – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or making personal data accessible to an unlimited circle of persons, including publication in the media, placement in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way.<\/p>\n

2.13. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data<\/b> – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign authority, foreign individual, or foreign legal entity.<\/p>\n

2.14. Destruction of Personal Data<\/b> – any actions as a result of which personal data are irrevocably destroyed with the impossibility of further restoring the content of personal data in the personal data information system and\/or material carriers of personal data are destroyed.<\/p>\n
