How is the Operation Done?<\/h2>\n

The procedure begins with a consultation with a surgeon who evaluates the condition of the facial skin and discusses the patient’s expectations. Once the date is set, necessary examinations are carried out.<\/p>\n

The technique is performed under general anesthesia. During the operation, the surgeon makes small incisions along the hairline, similar to an endoscopic lift, but the detachment occurs in a different layer. The central area of the face is lifted, and the skin is stretched vertically, creating the effect of a tightly tied ponytail.<\/p>\n

Rehabilitation<\/h2>\n

After surgery, small bruises and swelling may appear. These should not cause concern as they typically subside within two weeks.<\/p>\n

Patients should avoid intensive combing, coloring, and hair styling until the stitches are completely healed. Hair should be washed gently with a mild shampoo.
