The Essence of the Operation
This operation aims to eliminate excess glandular tissue in men with over-developed breasts; it is performed through liposuction and/or excision of excess breast tissue.
Duration
The operation lasts from 1.5 to 3 hours.
Pain Relief
The operation can be performed under general anesthesia or using local anesthesia in combination with intravenous sedation.
Hospitalization
Hospitalization is not always necessary. Almost immediately after the operation, the patient can go home.

Possible Side Effects

Risks
Potential risks include infection, rough scars, loss of nipple sensitivity, and asymmetry.
Rehabilitation Period
The patient can return to work 7 days after the operation. Resumption of physical activities is possible 2-3 weeks after surgery.
Results
The results are long-lasting; however, significant weight gain can be a risk factor for recurrent breast enlargement.
