Full Facelift
A full facelift is a cosmetic surgery procedure aimed at reducing signs of aging by addressing sagging skin, jowls, and deep creases or “marionette lines” along the lower face and jawline.

The Essence of the Operation
The tissues are tightened through incisions made near the ears, which provide the surgeon access to the cheeks and the lower third of the face. This approach allows for a less traumatic surgical procedure. During the operation, the surgeon removes excess skin and tightens the facial muscles to enhance the facial contour.
Duration
The duration of the operation is approximately four hours.
Anesthesia
The operation is most commonly performed under general anesthesia.
Hospitalization
The necessity for hospitalization depends on the patient's preference and condition

Possible Side Effects
Temporary side effects may include bruising, swelling, dry skin, and changes in skin sensitivity, such as numbness or increased sensitivity. Additionally, due to the repositioning of cheek skin to the area behind the ears, men may need to shave this area.
Possible complications
Possible complications include the risk of infection, the formation of rough scars, facial asymmetry, changes in hairline boundaries, and damage to facial nerves.
Rehabilitation Period
Patients may resume work no earlier than 10 to 14 days following surgery. Physical activities and exercise can be resumed two weeks after the procedure. It is crucial to avoid direct sunlight on the face and head for several months post-operation. The use of sunscreen is mandatory.
Results
The results typically last between 5 to 10 years.
